  1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By registering for, accessing, or using any CoupleWin programs, video tutorials, resources, or related services (“Services”), you (“Participant,” “Client,” or “User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Disclaimer and Liability Waiver (“Agreement”).
If you do not agree, you must not use our Services. Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Payments are processed through third-party providers. CoupleWin does not store or control payment information and is not responsible for errors, security breaches, or issues arising from third-party payment processors.

  1. Nature of Services

CoupleWin provides relationship coaching, communication training, and personal growth education through online videos, courses, and materials.
CoupleWin is not a mental health provider, medical practice, financial advisor, or licensed marriage or other counseling service.

The Services are educational and informational only and are intended to promote general well-being and communication skills.
They are not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, medical, psychological, psychiatric, or financial services.

No part of our services are intended to supplant or offer an opinion as to the propriety or effectiveness of professional counseling or other treatment from a licensed healthcare provider or clergy member.  In fact, you are expressly encouraged to take the information, tools, and strategies published by CoupleWin to your healthcare provider or clergy member and seek his/her advice on how best to implement them in your relationships.

  1. No Therapist–Client Relationship

Participation in CoupleWin Services does not create a therapist–client, counselor–client, or doctor–patient relationship between you and CoupleWin or any of its coaches, contributors, or representatives.
All materials are for personal education and relationship enrichment only.  They are not intended to, and should not be treated as, professional medical or therapeutic advice or counseling. Communications with CoupleWin are not confidential and are not protected by any professional privilege.

  1. Health and Medical Disclaimer
  • CoupleWin does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, disorder, or mental health condition, nor does it provide couples, family, or marriage counseling of any kind.
  • CoupleWin’s staff, instructors, and contributors are not licensed mental health professionals (unless explicitly stated), and even if they are, you expressly understand and acknowledge that the services they provide, and your interactions with them, are not therapy or counseling of any kind.
  • If you have health concerns, anxiety, depression, or material or significant relationship distress, consult a licensed medical or mental health professional, clergy member, or other qualified professional.
  • You understand that you are solely responsible for your health and well-being.
  1. Financial and Relationship Advice Disclaimer

CoupleWin may include discussions on financial topics such as budgeting, spending habits, or money-related relationship issues.
You acknowledge and agree that:

  • CoupleWin is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, accountant, or legal professional.
  • Any financial examples or suggestions are provided solely for educational and relational communication purposes, not as professional financial guidance.
  • You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions, and CoupleWin shall not be liable to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss, damage, or adverse outcomes — including financial losses, business decisions, or disputes — resulting from reliance on any such information.
  • You should always consult a qualified financial professional for financial or investment advice.
  1. Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • You voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in any CoupleWin Services.
  • You are solely responsible for any relationship, emotional, or personal decisions made as a result of participation.
  • CoupleWin makes no guarantees or representations regarding relationship outcomes, satisfaction, or success.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • CoupleWin, its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to the fullest extent permitted by law for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including emotional distress, financial loss, loss of consortium or similar claim, or other relationship issues arising from use of the Services.
  • You waive all claims, actions, or causes of action, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
    If liability is found despite this Agreement, CoupleWin’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service that gave rise to the claim.
  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoupleWin, its affiliates, directors, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of this Agreement;
  • Your misuse of CoupleWin’s Services or materials; or
  • Your violation of any law or rights of any third party.
  1. No Guarantee of Results

CoupleWin does not guarantee that participation will:

  • Resolve or improve relationship issues;
  • Improve mental, emotional, or physical health;
  • Produce financial, emotional, or relational success.

Results vary by individual and circumstance.

  1. Intellectual Property

All CoupleWin content — videos, text, images, and materials — is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

  1. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to the arbitration provisions below, any legal action permitted to be brought in court shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

  1. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of CoupleWin Services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.

The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable rules.

The arbitration shall take place in the State of Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed upon by the parties.

You agree that:

  • You are waiving the right to a trial by jury
  • You are waiving the right to participate in a class action or class arbitration
  • All claims must be brought in your individual capacity only

The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this arbitration provision.

Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs, except as otherwise required by law or determined by the arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive termination of this Agreement.

  1. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

  1. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire understanding between you and CoupleWin and supersedes all prior agreements.

    15. Customer Information Access and Consent 

By registering for and using CoupleWin Services, you acknowledge and expressly consent that CoupleWin, LLC and its authorized representatives may access, view, store, and use information you provide, including but not limited to:

  • Personal identification information (e.g., name, email, account details)
  • Relationship-related inputs, responses, or submitted content
  • Usage data, progress tracking, and interactions within the platform

This access is used solely for purposes including:

  • Delivering and improving the Services
  • Providing customer support
  • Personalizing user experience
  • Internal analytics and program development

You understand and agree that:

  • Your information will be handled in accordance with CoupleWin’s Privacy Policy.
  • CoupleWin does not guarantee confidentiality equivalent to therapist–client or attorney–client privilege
  • You should not submit sensitive medical, psychological, or legally confidential information through the platform

By using the Services, you voluntarily consent to this access and use of your information.

  1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services 

  1. Acknowledgment of Understanding

By consenting below, you acknowledge that you have read and voluntarily agree to this Disclaimer and Waiver. You understand that you are giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue CoupleWin, and do so freely and voluntarily. You agree that electronic acceptance of this Agreement (including checking a box or clicking “I Agree”) constitutes a legally binding signature.
