CoupleWin, LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 8/30/2026 | Last Updated: 8/30/2026

CoupleWin, LLC ("CoupleWin," "we," "our," or "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company that provides a subscription-based relationship education platform — including video tutorials, downloadable resources, and related digital services — globally through www.couplewin.com (the "Site") and our related programs, courses, and services (collectively, the "Services"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share or sell it, and the rights you have regarding your information. Because our Services are available to users anywhere in the world, this Privacy Policy addresses obligations under United States federal and state law, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the United Kingdom GDPR, the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the Australian Privacy Act, and other applicable privacy laws.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the CoupleWin Legal Disclaimer and Liability Waiver. Subscription billing terms, auto-renewal, and cancellation are described in Section 3 of the Legal Disclaimer. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site, account registration, subscription enrollment, course access, customer support interactions, marketing campaigns, and any communications between you and CoupleWin. It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services linked from our Site, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the Services, and information received from third parties.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account information: name, email address, password, and account preferences.
  • Billing and subscription information: billing name, billing address, country, and the last four digits of your payment card. Full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, and similar full financial identifiers are processed and stored by our third-party payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal) and are not stored by CoupleWin. For subscribers, we also process and retain your subscription plan, subscription status, activation date, next scheduled renewal date, transaction and billing history, and cancellation records.
  • Communications: messages, emails, support requests, survey responses, and feedback you submit.
  • User-generated content: any responses, notes, journal entries, or relationship-related inputs you voluntarily submit through the platform.
  • Marketing preferences: your email subscription status and content preferences.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and browser information: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device type, operating system, browser type, language settings, and time zone.
  • Usage data: pages visited, videos watched, time spent on pages, course progress, click activity, referring URLs, and search terms used to find the Site.
  • Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies: see Section 8 below for details on Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel, and other tracking technologies we use.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Payment processors confirm successful transactions, provide limited billing details, and communicate the status of recurring subscription charges (e.g., successful renewals, failed payments, chargebacks).
  • Analytics and advertising providers (such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and similar platforms) may share aggregated or pseudonymized insights about how visitors find, interact with, and convert on the Site.
  • Social media platforms, if you choose to engage with us through them (for example, by logging in via a social account, clicking an ad, or interacting with our content).

3. Sensitive and Confidential Information

CoupleWin provides educational and relationship coaching content. We are not a licensed mental health provider, medical practice, or counseling service, and communications with us are not confidential or protected by therapist–client, doctor–patient, or attorney–client privilege.

You should not submit sensitive personal information through the Services, including but not limited to: government identification numbers, full payment card numbers, financial account numbers, protected health information, detailed medical or psychiatric records, or any information that you would be unwilling to share outside a privileged relationship. If you choose to submit such information, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including delivering course content, tracking progress, and personalizing the user experience.
  • To process subscription payments and manage recurring billing, including administering renewals, cancellations, account status changes, refunds where required, and failed payment recovery.
  • To send subscription-related notifications, including renewal confirmations, receipts, failed payment notices, advance renewal notices (where required by law), price change notices, and cancellation confirmations.
  • To process one-time transactions and send related confirmations, receipts, and account notifications.
  • To respond to customer support requests and communicate with you about your account or the Services.
  • To send promotional emails, newsletters, and marketing communications about CoupleWin programs, where permitted by law. You can opt out at any time.
  • To deliver, measure, and optimize advertising — including targeted, retargeted, and lookalike advertising — across third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, TikTok, YouTube, and similar services. This may involve sharing limited identifiers (such as hashed email addresses, advertising IDs, device identifiers, and event data) with those platforms.
  • To analyze usage patterns, perform internal research and analytics, and develop new content and features.
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security issues, chargebacks, and violations of our terms.
  • To comply with applicable laws, tax and financial recordkeeping obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our agreements.

5. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA, UK, and Similar Jurisdictions)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction with similar requirements, we process your personal information on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract: to provide the Services you have subscribed to or requested, including managing your recurring subscription.
  • Legitimate interests: to operate, improve, and secure the Services, communicate with users, and pursue our reasonable business interests, except where overridden by your rights.
  • Consent: where you have given us specific consent, such as for marketing emails, non-essential cookies, and advertising pixels. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation: where processing is required to comply with applicable law, including tax and financial recordkeeping requirements.

6. How We Share, Sell, and Share Your Information for Advertising

Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, the terms "sell" and "share" are defined broadly. "Sell" can include any disclosure of personal information to a third party in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration. "Share" specifically refers to disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — meaning advertising directed to you based on your activity across non-affiliated websites or services.

We do not sell or share personal information in exchange for money. However, we use advertising and analytics technologies (described in Section 8) that may transmit your personal information to third-party advertising platforms in ways that qualify as a "sale" or "share" under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar U.S. state laws. The categories of personal information involved are:

  • Identifiers (such as IP address, device identifiers, and cookie IDs)
  • Internet and electronic network activity (such as browsing and usage data on our Site)
  • Commercial information (such as products viewed, purchased, or subscribed to)
  • Hashed contact information (such as hashed email addresses uploaded to advertising platforms for matching)
  • Inferences drawn from the above

The third parties that receive this information include advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, TikTok, and similar services, and the analytics providers described in Section 7.

We also share information in the following non-advertising contexts:

  • Service providers: with vendors who help us operate the business, including our website and subscription platform (Kajabi), payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal) which process recurring subscription billing, email and marketing platforms, analytics providers (such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console), customer support tools, and hosting infrastructure. These providers process information only on our behalf and under contractual obligations.
  • Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of CoupleWin, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, in which case information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to this Privacy Policy or an equivalent.
  • With your consent: in any other case where you direct us to share your information or otherwise consent to the disclosure.

We do not knowingly sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising the personal information of consumers under the age of 16. The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and older.

7. Third-Party Services, Advertising Platforms, and Payment Processors

The Site is built on the Kajabi platform, and payments — including recurring subscription charges — are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store or control full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or similar financial information; that data is handled directly by our payment processors under their own privacy and security practices.

We also work with the following categories of third-party providers, each of which has its own privacy practices:

  • Kajabi — website hosting, course delivery, customer account management, and subscription lifecycle management.
  • Stripe, PayPal, and other payment processors — recurring subscription and one-time payment processing, chargeback handling, and fraud prevention.
  • Google Analytics and Google Search Console — site analytics, traffic reporting, and search performance.
  • Google Ads — search and display advertising, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) — including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API for advertising, conversion tracking, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.
  • TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and similar advertising platforms — where we run paid campaigns, including the TikTok Pixel and Events API.
  • Email service providers — for newsletters, transactional emails, subscription notifications, and marketing automation.
  • Customer support and feedback tools.

These third parties may collect and process information independently in accordance with their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review those policies. CoupleWin is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of any third party.

8. Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, web beacons, software development kits (SDKs), and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, deliver advertising, and understand how users interact with our content.

8.1 Types of Cookies and Tracking Technologies

  • Strictly necessary: required for the Site to function, such as login, checkout, and subscription management.
  • Functional: remember your preferences and personalize your experience.
  • Analytics: such as Google Analytics, used to understand site usage and improve performance.
  • Advertising and marketing: such as the Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags, TikTok Pixel, and similar technologies used to measure ad performance, retarget visitors, and build lookalike audiences across advertising platforms.

8.2 Server-Side Tracking and Conversions APIs

In addition to browser-based pixels, we may use server-side tracking technologies such as the Meta Conversions API, TikTok's Events API, and Google Enhanced Conversions. These technologies send conversion data (such as subscription signups, purchases, and renewals) directly from our server to the advertising platform, sometimes including hashed identifiers (for example, hashed email addresses) to improve match rates. We use these technologies for advertising measurement and optimization.

8.3 Your Choices

Most browsers allow you to refuse or accept cookies through their settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit your ability to use parts of the Site. Where required by law, we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies. You can also manage advertising preferences through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (https://optout.aboutads.info), the Network Advertising Initiative (https://optout.networkadvertising.org), and Your Online Choices (https://www.youronlinechoices.eu). For mobile devices, you can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking in your device settings.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and pursue our legitimate business interests.

For active subscribers, we retain your account and billing information for the duration of your subscription and as needed to process renewals, provide customer support, and comply with tax and financial recordkeeping requirements.

Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription:

  • Your account, progress data, and user-generated content may be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after your final paid billing cycle ends, unless retention is required or permitted by law.
  • Billing and transaction records (including invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations) are typically retained for at least seven (7) years to comply with U.S. federal and state tax, accounting, and financial recordkeeping requirements.
  • Marketing preferences — including unsubscribe status and opt-outs — are retained indefinitely to honor your choices and prevent inadvertent re-contact.
  • Data required to resolve open disputes, enforce our agreements, or comply with legal obligations will be retained until those matters are resolved.

Marketing and advertising data (such as ad platform cookie identifiers and audience list entries) is generally retained for shorter periods and refreshed regularly. When information is no longer needed for any legitimate purpose, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with our internal retention practices and applicable law.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to legal exceptions, as described in Section 11.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Payment processing occurs through PCI-DSS-compliant third-party providers (such as Stripe and PayPal), and CoupleWin does not directly store full payment card details. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. We honor verifiable consumer requests as required by applicable law.

11.1 General Rights

  • Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions (including retention required for tax and financial recordkeeping of subscription payments).
  • Opt-out of marketing: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. Subscription and transactional emails will continue as described in Section 15.
  • Withdraw consent: withdraw any consent you previously provided, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

11.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, and share, and request a copy in a portable format.
  • Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information (see Section 12).
  • Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

As described in Section 6, our use of advertising and analytics technologies may qualify as a "sale" or "share" of personal information under California law. You have the right to opt out, as described in Section 12.

California subscribers may also have specific rights under California's Automatic Renewal Law regarding subscription cancellation and refunds. These rights are described in Section 3 of the Legal Disclaimer and Liability Waiver.

11.3 Residents of Other U.S. States

If you are a resident of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Indiana, Tennessee, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Minnesota, Maryland, Kentucky, Nebraska, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have rights similar to those described above, including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain types of profiling. We respond to verified requests as required by the law of your state.

11.4 EEA, UK, Swiss, Canadian, Australian, and Other International Users

If you are located in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, Brazil, or another jurisdiction with similar laws, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to data portability. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. EEA and UK users may also have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

11.5 How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email address listed in Section 18. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

12. Your Right to Opt Out of the Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a similar law, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. As described in Section 6, our use of advertising cookies, pixels, and related technologies may qualify as a sale or share under these laws.

You can exercise this right in the following ways:

  • Click the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of our Site (where available) and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Adjust your cookie preferences through the cookie banner or preference center on our Site.
  • Email us at the address listed in Section 18 with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information."
  • Use a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal, where supported. We treat valid GPC signals as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for the browser, device, and (where we can reasonably associate it) any account in use on that browser or device.

Opting out will not affect your ability to use the Services or maintain your subscription, but you may continue to see ads that are not personalized to you.

13. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising the personal information of consumers under the age of 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact us at the email address listed in Section 18.

14. Global Users and International Data Transfers

CoupleWin is incorporated in the State of Wyoming, United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored primarily in the United States. Because the Services are available globally, users from anywhere in the world may subscribe to our platform and submit personal information to us.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from, and may be less protective than, those in your country. Where required by applicable law (including the GDPR and UK GDPR), we rely on lawful data transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or applicable adequacy decisions. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers, subject to the protections described in this Privacy Policy and any additional protections required by law.

15. Marketing and Transactional Communications

With your consent or as otherwise permitted by law, we may send you promotional emails about CoupleWin programs, content, and offers. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, by adjusting your account preferences, or by contacting us directly.

Transactional and subscription-related communications — including subscription renewal confirmations, successful charge receipts, failed payment notices, advance renewal notices (where required by law), price change notifications, cancellation confirmations, password resets, and important account or service announcements — will continue regardless of your marketing preferences, because these communications are necessary to provide the Services and comply with legal and contractual obligations.

16. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control Signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because no consistent industry standard for DNT signals has been adopted, the Site does not currently respond to DNT. As described in Section 12, we do honor recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information for users in jurisdictions where this is required.

17. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, plug-ins, or services that are not operated by CoupleWin. Clicking on those links may allow third parties to collect or share information about you. We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit.

18. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, would like to exercise your rights, or want to submit a privacy-related complaint, please contact us:

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

20. Acknowledgment

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. Together with the CoupleWin Legal Disclaimer and Liability Waiver (which includes the subscription billing, auto-renewal, and cancellation terms in Section 3), this Privacy Policy represents the entire understanding between you and CoupleWin regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
